DIY 红豆馅,红豆沙,小豆冰棍

红豆馅,红豆沙
原料:红豆,水,红枣,葡萄干
制作:红豆泡6小时以上,加水煮沸腾后小火,直到红豆开花,加入枣和葡萄干,关火。

小豆冰棍
原料:原料:红豆,水,红枣,葡萄干
制作:红豆泡6小时以上,加水煮沸腾后小火,直到红豆开花,盛出一部分红豆馅备用,然后剩下的红豆继续煮直到成沙状,加入枣和葡萄干,关火。
红豆馅先放入冰棍磨具中一部分,然后加红豆沙,然后放冰箱里冷藏。

DIY 豆腐,

豆浆
原料:1斤干黄豆,10斤水
制作:黄豆冷水泡6小时以上,然后把黄豆磨非常细,加水一起煮,沸腾后小火20分钟,出豆香味后关火。


豆腐
原料:1斤干黄豆,6斤水,50ml醋+250ml水(第一次用这个,以后就用酸浆,1000ml酸浆+1000ml水)
制作:黄豆冷水泡6小时以上,然后把黄豆磨非常细,加水一起煮,沸腾后关火。
豆浆关火后5~6分钟,80~90度,加入醋和水的浆料,一勺一勺的加入,慢慢加入,慢慢搅拌,然后就可以看到出豆花了。
盖上锅盖20分钟,或者小火在烧一下,出来就是豆腐脑。
把酸浆舀出来留下次点豆腐用。
把豆花捞出来在蒸屉布和带孔的容器中,蒸屉布把豆腐盖好,上面压30斤的重物2小时以上,然后就出豆腐了。

腐竹
原料:豆浆,水
制作:豆浆放在一个容器中,水放在一起容器中,double boiler,豆浆容器在水容器中上火煮,每出一层皮就用手拿出来一边晾干。

1,坚决素食一生。
全素食者:vegan: 不吃任何与动物相关的食品。(肉,海鲜,蛋,奶制品)

5,每天护肤
卸妆:橄榄油
洗面奶:婴儿皂,柔肤洗面奶,燕麦,蜂蜜
去角质(每周一次):盐,红糖,白糖,珍珠粉,白醋,橄榄油,酸奶,牛奶
面膜 (每周一次):参考DIY面膜。珍珠粉,牛奶,酸奶,橄榄油等等
护肤水:雅诗兰黛粉瓶,或者玫瑰精油加柔肤水
精华素:雅诗兰黛小棕瓶
眼霜:雅诗兰黛眼霜
晚霜:用刮痧板按摩。
日霜/粉底:丽娜珍珠膏,片广仔珍珠膏
防晒:还没定,尽快买
去斑:哪里有斑,就用刮痧板90度,在斑处点击穴位,或者在斑处原地刮。斑上摸维生素E油然后在刮。

China Doll 的产后必读

1. 产后12小时不吃不喝,产后48小时不吃东西,为了排气。
2. 产后第二天喝生化汤,裹腹带,纱布那种。排恶露,帮助子宫恢复。
3. 产后立刻就开始按肚子,帮助恶露排出。
4. 产后2周内坚决无盐,无糖,无油,无酱油,无醋,反正就是只吃室温水果,喝白水煮的东西,而且一定要少吃。排水和恶露。第2周开始白水煮的菜。
5. 产后1个月都要多喝姜水,为了排水,排湿气,外加冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,相当于人参。
6. 产后1周喝红豆红枣水,1周内只喝水可以吃红枣不吃皮,因为皮太难消化,绝对不吃豆,1周后可以开始吃都和红枣,补血补肾。
7. 产后1周喝木瓜汤,帮助下奶。或者直接吃温室木瓜,帮助排便。
8. 产后1周吃黑豆,黑木耳,补肾。产后1周可以适当喝一些银耳红枣莲子百合汤,美容养颜,保护皮肤。
9. 产后7天坚决不洗澡,1周后如果洗澡一定要关好门窗,头发吹干再出来。
10. 一定要每天补钙,补维生素丸,保证牙齿,骨骼的健康。
11. 产后立刻给宝宝加维生素D-drop。
12. 产后小便一定要,尿-停-尿-停,帮助子宫收缩。
13. 产后一定不喝凉水,不碰凉水。买副塑料手套。
14. 每天自己按摩肚子,腿,捶脚,贴耳贴.穴位按摩。
